Our 100 square meter flat is located on two floors with 3 rooms plus kitchen and two bathrooms (2 showers). Outside, we have a little garden to relax or have dinner - or for children to play. Upside is a spacious balcony. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. During the afternoon, there can be kid's noise in the afternoon, but you will find the place extremely quiet at night.
