It is furnished, comes with wifi (fiber) and everything else you need. 75qm, terrace, large windows, floor heating in all rooms, electric exterior blinds, dish washer, elevator. It's on the 1st floor, but the backyard is elevated, so you get to enjoy a terrace and some lawn, but no one is walking by your windows.
Additional Information
Technically, the sublet is for the bedroom with the right to use all other rooms as you seem fit. I am in Asia for the next year.
